The Neue Pinakothek in Munich's art district houses European art of the 19th Century. It provides a comprehensive overview of periods of European art from the Enlightenment to the modern day.
The new building of the Neue Pinakothek was completed in 1981.
The museum was foundet by King Ludwig I. and contains paintings from Anton Graff, Francisco de Goya, Don José Queraltó.
